Those of you training for Spring Marathons are a good 6+ weeks into you training plan by now (unless you're on a compressed schedule). Can I say "well done" for such an awesome commitment in terms of training, planning, investment and making time for those 26.2 miles.

By race day you will have clocked up an average of 30-50 miles a week to be comfortable putting those feet through 5000 heel strikes.

NOW is the time to be kind and look after your body...

 Eat-Sleep-Train-Repeat!
