Not literally but its a frequent comment by Physios to use whatever's in the house as a reach to Gym alternative.

Here at Bluebellphysio you're more likely to be given an old inner tube to stretch your Hamstrings but I've resisted the temptation to raid the larder!

This post is to update members on new methods, ideas and current thinking in Physiotherapy. I like to provide a service that goes a little further, listen to my patients needs and do something practical with the feedback. SO!
