How many miles have your FEET done since you gave them any

attention?

 

5 Tips to ease your foot pain

 

1. Massage them with the towel

when you get out of the shower

and boost the circulation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Grab that big toe and gently pull

it forward to stretch your toe flexor,

your calves will love you for this

and it will save your Achilles in the long run (pun intended )

3. Cup the rest of the toes and gently

bend and straighten your knee to

release the pressure from your PLANTARFASCIA 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Roll a frozen Golf ball or small frozen

bottle of water under the sole of your foot

after a run and first thing in the morning

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. STRENGTHEN those shin muscles with

TOE (not heel) RAISES, these lift the arch

of the foot thereby releasing the tension

put on the PLANTARFASCIA.
