Those of you training for Spring Marathons are a good 6+ weeks into you training plan by now (unless you're on a compressed schedule). Can I say "well done" for such an awesome commitment in terms of training, planning, investment and making time for those 26.2 miles.

Not literally but its a frequent comment by Physios to use whatever's in the house as a reach to Gym alternative.

Here at Bluebellphysio you're more likely to be given an old inner tube to stretch your Hamstrings but I've resisted the temptation to raid the larder!
